Trevecor was born from a frustration that kept repeating itself.

Small and mid-size organizations — the ones with the most to gain from AI — were being left behind. Not because the technology wasn't available to them. Because the help they were getting wasn't real.

They'd engage a consulting firm, sit through weeks of workshops, receive a polished strategy document — and then be left alone to figure out what to do with it. No implementation support. No accountability. No one in the room when the hard decisions actually needed to be made.

We watched it happen too many times. Trevecor was the answer we kept wishing existed.

The name says it all. Trevecor — derived from vector, the mathematical concept of direction with magnitude. Not just a point on a map. A force moving toward it.
